Priority Matrix for Reminders — Privacy Policy

Last updated

Priority Matrix for Reminders is an iPhone and iPad app developed by Jasper Wang that shows your Apple Reminders as an Eisenhower matrix. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information Collection and Use

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. The app reads your reminders on your device to display them, and nothing is uploaded to external servers or shared with third parties.

Access to Reminders

The app asks for permission to access Apple Reminders so it can show the lists you choose. Your reminders stay in the Reminders app; the app does not copy them elsewhere or change them. You can turn off access anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Reminders.

Data Storage

No Analytics or Tracking

The app does not use any analytics tools, tracking SDKs, advertising networks, or cookies.

GDPR and Privacy Compliance

As the app does not collect or process any personal data, it complies with GDPR, PIPEDA (Canada), and other data protection regulations.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns about your child's use of this app, please contact us.

Liability

While we strive to make the app reliable, we cannot guarantee it is completely bug-free. Your reminders are always kept by Apple's Reminders app, but your quadrant sorting could be lost if something goes wrong.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Jurisdiction

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of Canada.
